Duties and responsibilities:

  • End-to-end responsibility from kick-off to signing (e.g. postings, screening, interviewing, assessing, offering)
  • Create ready-to-market pipeline through active sourcing, using database, social media research (talent pipelines, proactive sourcing, recruitment marketing, etc.)
  • Create and maintain candidate relationship for prospective recruiting
  • Aligns internal and external pipelines and drives internal mobility
  • Promote internal referral program continuously
  • Promote company’s reputation as "brand ambassador"
  • Acquire and apply HR recruiting best practices

What we look for in an applicant:

  • University degree preferred, ideally in HR, Business/Economics or other related fields
  • 1-3 years practical experience in a recruitment oriented position
  • Experience in inhouse and/or agency recruiting (including e.g. talent sourcing, networking)
  • Experience in Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player
  • Ability to handle business dynamics and change
  • Fluent in German and English
