For our client, a multinational biotechnology company in Solothurn, we are currently looking for a motivated Manufacturing Operations Specialist.
The assignment will be temporary for the next 12 months, to start as soon as possible. Depending on the performance and motivation, the possibility of an extension or permanent takeover is given.
Job Description
The Manufacturing Operations Specialist (m/f/d) will be responsible for executing Weigh & Dispense manufacturing operations, managing material flow and ensuring cGMP standards. For that the following task area will be taken care of:
- Execute Weigh & Dispense manufacturing operations, support activities, and material management tasks according to the daily schedule.
- Monitor processes against the recipe and MFG documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and investigate equipment and process issues, implementing revisions as necessary.
- Actively participate in training activities and manage your individual training plan.
- Train other associates when required, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Execute validation protocols to maintain operational excellence.
- Perform other job duties as assigned from time to time.
In order to be considered for the role, the selected candidate must have:
- Relevant education from the chemical industry, food industry, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry.
- Industry or process operator experience or technical craftsmanship.
- Basic knowledge of biopharmaceutical technology and processes.
- Ability to assess and troubleshoot equipment and process issues, making routine decisions based on experience.
- Solid understanding of documentation requirements within a cGMP environment.
- Training and proficiency in all operational and regulatory procedures of the Weigh & Dispense department.
