Your mission:

To reinforce the Synechron Switzerland team, we are looking for aMicrosoft 365 Developerwho is experienced with Scripting and Automation.Our mission is for one of our clients, a Private Bank in Geneva.

Your responsibilities:

• Providing technical 3rd level support for Microsoft 365 and troubleshooting issues promptly, collaborating with other IT teams to resolve complex technical problems;
• You will develop concepts, designs and solutions on Microsoft SharePoint / Microsoft 365;
• Creating documentation and user guides to facilitate self-help resources for support level 1 teams;
• Exploring communication and collaboration-related challenges (internal and external calling, messaging, video conferencing, live events, etc.);
• Configurating and optimizing Microsoft Teams settings to align with business needs; Monitoring and fine-tuning systems for performance;
• Ensuring compliance with security policies and industry regulations for collaboration systems and implementing security best practices to safeguard data;
• Working with external providers and partners to improve our systems continuously;
• Contributing to the cloud transition projects of the Group.

Your profile and skills:

• You justify a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field;
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint online, OneDrive, Power Automate etc.);
• Experience in implementing solutions with a DevOps approach (Terraform, CI/CD pipelines);
• You possess a relevant MS technical certification;
• You are experienced with scripting (PowerShell) and automation (Puppet, Rundeck, etc.);
• You show analytical and problem-solving skills with strong teamwork and collaboration mindset and excellent communication and interpersonal attitude;
• You speak English and French;
• You area Swiss resident.
