The National Pricing Team is the engine room of our business, responsible for providing timely and competitive pricing to our customers.

We are offering a great opportunity as Pricing Analyst (m/w/d) to join our Sales and Pricing Team in Geneva/Meyrin and forward you career!

Your key tasks are :

• Create, distribute and follow-up on ad-hoc offers for Air Freight, Ocean Freight and Rail requests as per quotation guidelines for Import, Export and X-trade business
• Generate, distribute and actualize regular offers for Air Freight, Ocean Freight and Rail requests (existing and new customers) as per quotation guidelines for Import, Export and X-trade business
• Maintain and upload of regular offers to CW1 (Cargowise1) and file as Customer Forwarding Agreement for auto-rating purpose
• Compile selling rates for Import, Export and X-trade business for Air Freight, Ocean Freight and Rail transport quote requests from DSV offices
• Support Management of local RFQ’s which do not qualify for Tenders
• Handle incoming commercial calls
• Provide clear ad hoc, RFQ quotes follow up, KPI, to improve our hit ratio and develop our activities
  

Your Skills & Competencies :

• Strong operational background in freight forwarding
• 3 years professional experience within forwarding business in the area of Air Freight, Ocean Freight
• Functional knowledge in Air and Ocean Freight, Trucking, Rail transports and Customs Brokerage
• Good sales knowledge and understanding of service offerings and pricing policy
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Customer service oriented
• Exceptional eye for detail, methodical
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate our value proposition
• Organized, flexible and able to work under tight deadlines
• Proven success in building positive working relationships with others
• Fluency in English and French, German is an asset
