Derived from the business units, need you further develop and optimise the existing partner network. You ensure compliance-compliant integration of the sourcing partners.

  • In the midst of a dynamic growth area, you will shape the interface between Swisscom and the sourcing partners
  • You support the business units in establishing efficient cooperation with these partners
  • You work on multi-dimensional and interesting topics in an agile and collaborative environment

Team Your position is located in the Competence Centre Sourcing. This is a unit that defines and implements the sourcing strategy across divisions and together with the business units. In addition to conceptual tasks, we primarily work directly with the business units on their projects and ensure the selection and sustainable integration of partners.

The subject Support the organisation in developing and implementing sourcing strategies for specific application areas. In doing so, you interact cross-functionally with the relevant stakeholders and, for example, create "make or buy" analyses based on market data as a basis for downstream decisions. You also accompany tender processes, are involved in negotiations, as well as in the subsequent integration project and ensure compliance.

Your profile

  • Several years of experience with agile application development and operations projects (e.g. as PO, Scrum Master, Req. Engineer, etc.).
  • Strong experience in sourcing application development & operations to near- or offshore
  • Impeccable reputation
  • Customer-oriented and communicative
  • Enjoys and is able to develop viable solutions across organisations
  • Fluent in English
  • Degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) in business informatics or in another technically oriented direction
  • Curious personality
  • Able to think through complex problems
