Responsibilities

  • Work with the clients at the heart of Insurance Transformation & Innovation
  • Help the clients with the optimisation and digitisation of customer journeys and core processes, modernisation of core platforms, and the improvement of their performance and business model
  • Provide the clients with a fresh perspective on how to design flexible, innovative business models and services combined with a strong operations foundation, and with that shape the insurance landscape of the future

Requirements

  • A University degree (ideally Masters) with a strong academic record and you have at least 3+ years relevant working experience in insurance or with a leading consulting firm
  • With your motivation to drive topics like business and operating model redesign, core platform transformation, customer-centric design, and process digitisation, cost optimisation, analytics, and ecosystems, you bring fresh perspectives to the projects
  • You are an experienced Technical Lead (e.g. Technical Business Analyst team leader), with a Guidewire Ace certification in one field of Claims, Policy Management or Billing and you bring detailed knowledge of writing technical specifications for a Guidewire implementation & the integration of Guidewire into the existing IT landscape
  • You have the ability to design future state processes or data flows and the ability to lead the creation of a technical blueprint of the target solution
  • You are fluent in French and English, German is a plus
