This is what you will do


As Technical Writer at Hapa, you will be studying our products, research and develop the information in the corresponding specialist teams. This means that you will be working closely with product designers and developers, software engineers and project managers.

Main activities and responsibilities:

  • Create customer-oriented documents
  • Manage the company document storage system
  • Prepare translation packages and manage translation projects
  • Create photos and graphics
  • Create, keep and support Hapa’s terminology
  • Support other departments relating to technical communication

To be successful in this role, we believe that you have a technical background with interest in familiarizing yourself with relevant norms and standards. Your communications skills, both technical and non-technical, are on point! You understand technical contexts and you have an interest in new technological developments.

Required skills:

  • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge and experience with CMS, Adobe CS, Adobe FrameMaker and TM-based translation systems is beneficial
  • Knowledge in MS Office
