Breitling stands apart with its watches unapologetically dedicated to authentic adventures, in the air, at sea or on land. We are looking for a Trainee within the Events Squad who will support us in the organization of different kinds of live communication events as well as digital event formats.

Working closely with Breitling employees from all over the globe as well as external agencies and partners, you will learn and contribute to the conceptual development and implementation of national and international live communication events as well as digital event formats. In your position, you will report directly to the Head of Events.


You will support usindifferent administrative and organizational task, including:

  • Preparation of presentation decks
  • Consolidation of different lists, creating and updating databases
  • Monitoring the budget spending
  • Onsite support


Your profile:

  • You might have recently graduated or finished your internships in marketing or sales
  • You have a passion and flair for events
  • Your high resilience and self-motivation are remarkable
  • Unrestricted customer orientation and fun to be around is what you are famous for
  • Strong personal discipline is your strength, as well
  • And you are an advanced user of PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, InDesign
  • Experience working with SAP would be a great benefit for you
  • You fluently speak both English and German
