We are now looking for a Global BU Controlling Analyst & Security Officer (M/F/D) to join our Industrial & Consumer Specialties business unit.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the global business developments, provide reports and in-depth analyses on potentially critical issues, support Management on projects and routine jobs
• Review and challenge the underlying financial models of ongoing and planned CAPEX projects through all stages
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting and analysis, for BU Management and functions
• Support the annual objective setting process, globally, regionally and within certain functions.
• Support Business Leadership with M&A activities and other special projects
• Take the responsibility of Information Security Officer for the Business Unit Industrial and Consumer Specialties
• Contribute to the continual improvement of related business processes
• Develop existing Data privacy and security guidelines as well as how to implement on SAP and other systems.
  

Requirements

• Educated to a University Degree level in business administration or similar with additional qualification as a chartered accountant
• 8+ years work experience in at least two of the following areas; Controlling, Auditing, Accounting and Global Business Services
• Experience in leading complex projects: experience in multi-stakeholder/interdisciplinary projects and managing project portfolios; preferably relating to digital transformation
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• Stress resilient, thriving in uncertain situations, disciplined and analytical in the execution of tasks; affinity towards solving complex tasks in a larger context
• Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to listen and derive needs - diplomatic and persuasive
• Internationally experienced with a high level of intercultural sensitivity
• In-depth working knowledge of SAP and the implementation of data privacy and security guidelines with this and other systems
