About Our Client

Our client, a market leader in the design, manufacturing and sale of medical devices, is seeking a Global Head of After Sales to join their fast-growing team.

Job Description
  • Define and implement innovative business and after-sales strategies to ensure a satisfied clientele and increased returns.
  • Prepare and follow up on the budget for the department, including CAPEX and OPEX.
  • Train, motivate, and lead after-sales teams to achieve set objectives and targets.
  • Deploy a continuous improvement philosophy to identify gaps and improve the quality of repair centers and after-sales services.
  • Support product phase-in projects by deploying the right maintenance strategy, preparing all the technical documentation, and training the network.
  • Monitor contract details to notify clients of pending expiration and help process renewal.
  • Organize promotional and marketing campaigns to create awareness and product publicity.
  • Supervise the operations of after-sales teams to ensure set KPI targets are met.
  • Liaise with other sales departmental heads to discuss business plans necessary for enhancing sales performance.
  • Develop and optimize support and service processes, tools, and systems.
  • Determine the process and system changes that are needed to execute your projects and proactively improve and document the business processes.
The Successful Applicant
  • More than 10 years in a similar role
  • Certified Project Manager a plus
  • Proven Track record in Project Management for product development within preferably Med Tech or Pharmaceutical industries (other highly regulated industries acceptable)
  • Solid knowledge and experience in Risk Management.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable in public speaking
  • High degree of entrepreneurial and customer-oriented mind-set with a predominant sense of commitment and focus
  • Fluent in French and English
