Position Summary

As a “Global Head of Digital Marketing & CRM”, you will provide strategic direction by developing, recommending, and executing Customer Centric Digital Marketing programs and CRM campaigns full funnel across the Digital Eco-System including a variety of Commerce Channels and Touchpoints. In this role you will define the overall vision, build strategies, and execute Digital campaigns and programs that drive traffic and sales in alignment with the greater channel strategies.

A Day in the Life of a Global Head of Digital Marketing & CRM
  • Develop Best-in-Class CRM & Campaign growth strategies and programs that drive the Global Brand Strategy
  • Develop and manage reporting & analytics to report on program results, both at the top-line and campaign levels, ensuring optimal ROI/ROAS against budget and overall channel goals.
  • Propose and manage CRM & Digital marketing budget by ensuring the spending is being optimized across channels to attain goals. Works closely with Digital Performance Media team to connect the dots
  • Drive strategy and execution for CRM-centric 1:1 outbound marketing (i.e., email, SMS, push) leveraging first party data and MarTech stack to achieve desired business results
  • Manage the full departments process and workflow; including developing and owning the activities calendar, collaborating with all appropriate teams to ensure campaigns are focused on relevant trends and brand initiatives
  • Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests in collaboration with cross-functional teams that yield continuous improvements (i.e., engagement, conversion, reactivation)
  • Partner with Content creators, Markets and the Brand Communications team to support the development of relevant content, assets, and Customer Lifecycle marketing tools & materials
  • Provide thought leadership on all things lifecycle and drive cross-functional collaboration across marketing, technical, operations, and product teams

What Will Make You Successful
  • At least 10 years of experience in D2C Digital Marketing & CRM
  • Strong Digital Acumen with analytics proficiency across all key fields
  • Ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally as well as collaborate with outside agencies and vendors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, goal oriented, pro-active, and able to define and execute strategies E2E.
  • Strong project management skills and stakeholder management skills ensuring all deadlines are met and objectives are clearly communicated.
  • Possesses strong intellectual curiosity and motivation to extract deep insights and understanding of performance results.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Fluent in English
