For our growing team in Switzerland, we are looking for a strong marketing & comms profile to lead the global marketing teams.

Tasks

  • Reports to the CEO, closely collaborates with Country Sales Heads, Head of Distributor Management, and Head of Finance and Senior Project Manager
  • Manages all aspects of the brands in the NGH portfolio (positioning, key differentiators / USPs, key brand messages, images and visuals, sales materials, social media and internet presence, brand ambassadors etc.)
  • Defines the marketing strategy and vision, long term and annual objectives & priorities and – together with the CEO and the sales leaders – drives the overall commercial strategy
  • Owns and drives the company website, social media, and public relations
  • Owns and drives the competitive analysis, market trends, and the positioning of NGH and its brands in the competitive landscape
  • Builds the annual marketing budget and works closely with Finance and Sales to set sales objectives and forecast sales numbers
  • Tracks customer feedback and works on continuous improvement plans to follow up on customer feedback
  • Effectively and efficiently manages external vendors such as agencies, web designers, photographers, other consultants
  • Drives creative and innovative marketing concepts in an agile and adaptive manner with a view of being ahead of competition and with the ambition to be leading in the industry
  • Owns and drives product and brand launches
  • Supports and challenges NGH’s internal and external sales teams with effective and creative sales collaterals/ promotion materials, campaigns and various initiatives
  • Sets up a framework of KPIs and standard reports, closely involved in the design of sales incentives
  • Key member of NGH’s cross-functional leadership team and as such, involved in the company’s overall growth strategy and plans. Will be involved in various cross-functional projects.
  • Collaborates closely with Medical Advisors and maintains an ongoing dialogue with consumers, healthcare professionals, and advocacy groups/key opinion leaders.
Requirements

  • Well rounded and experienced international marketing leader
  • Experience in the industry or in related industries such as cosmetics, beauty, fashion, luxury goods
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills
  • Clear sense of business priorities, proactive and organized
  • Visionary leadership personality with a strong sense for innovative trends
  • Embodies the principles of quality and excellence
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Passionate about the industry and can instil passion in others
  • Knowledgeable in state-of-the-art marketing methods and processes; social media and digital marketing experience
  • Strong commercial focus, understanding of P&L
  • Experience in a multi-product, multi-country environment with internal sales force and distributors
  • Experience in working in cross-functional teams, very strong interpersonal skills and strong skills of impact and influence
  • Track record of strategic and operational planning in a high growth environment
  • Accustomed to managing a diverse and rapidly changing workload and ambitious timelines
  • Resilient and stress-resistant, good self-management skills
  • Complete fluency in English, Italian and Spanish desirable.
