And that’s the kind of work we want to be part of.Managing global P&OD projects and programs requires a unique set of skills that are consolidated into the role of Project/Program Manager This crucial position sits at the center between P&OD, HR, Divisions/Sites and Participants and therefore requires excellent planning and execution with strong customer focus and relationship management to ensure program delivery according to the expected quality, timelines and cost; while supporting the CoE Leaders with new methodologies and innovative ideas how to enable learning and growth for employees and leaders. This position also plays a key role in assuring that the efforts across the CoEs and P&OD partners are aligned with the learner experience in mind.The role reports to the Head of Leadership Capabilities and supports both CoE’s in P&OD (Leading Capabilities and Learning & Growth).Key Responsibilities
  • Assure flawless planning and execution (Project and Program Management) of P&OD programs
  • Contribute to the design of the leadership and managerial programs.
  • Work closely with other learning sources and hubs across Lonza that will deliver internal learning as part of P&OD programs, example LBMS, Workforce cycle managerial trainings.
  • Coordinate cross-functional learning inputs to build programs
  • Fully accountable for the execution of P&OD programs
  • Ensure the programs are delivered with the highest level of quality and consistency in content and in line with the agreed objectives while managing the project team/s and vendors successfully
  • Act as the interface between the project team/s, the Talent Partners and vendors to ensure successful execution and delivery according to the internal customer’s expectation
  • Direct and holds team members and responsible parties accountable to deliver results within an agreed program governance structure and ensures full alignment with internal stakeholders is in place
  • Manage scope, timelines/milestones, budget/expenses of P&OD programs.
  • Support CoE Leaders with new methodologies and innovative ideas how to enable learning and growth for employees and leaders
  • Ensure adherence to Global Program and Project Standards, including maintenance of data integrity excellence in Planview
  • Develop robust and lean ways of working: process flows, problem solving, A3s, performance visuals, assuring proper documentation, continuous improvement and status reporting. Utilize HR data and analytics and the HR PM tool to drive project deliverables and tracking as applicable.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelors in HR or a related discipline (Humanities)
  • English Business fluent is required. German is nice to have.
  • Advanced no. of years of experience in Learning and development experience from administration, operational, logistic at the specialist level, owning program execution from A-Z.
  • Advanced no. of years of experience in Project & Program Management in training, learning & development.
  • Technical specialist background in learning and development
  • Ability to build data (collaborate HR Analytics)
  • Leveraging a global network (to build learning culture)
  • Customer experience (walk in the footsteps of employees’ learning experiences)
  • Supplier / Vendor / Partner Management
  • MS Office package at fully proficient levels
