Position Summary

As a Global Manager Consumer and Marketplace Insights, you will lead the Brand pillar for Nestlé CMI lifting the visibility, usability and appreciation of Brand and Corporate Equity monitoring in Nestlé. You will have to demonstrate the benefit of leveraging the power of brand building and its positive impact on long term sales.

A day in the life of a Global Manager Consumer and Marketplace Insights

  • Monitor Nestlé’s brand health at a global scale, and build the value of "above the market" brand equity knowledge and potential for utilization and business action
  • Validate and improve results over time, conduct, write and present the analysis of this research, and serve as a consultant for users of brand track data
  • Design, launch and maintain a global community of experts on Brand tracking to input into the Global tracker and to create cutting edge thought leadership and practice in this domain
  • Build a credible and connected understanding of Brand Equity with Corporate Equity
  • Drive Know your consumer Deeply ’Winning actions’ holistically in coordination with brands builders

What Will Make You Successful
  • At least 12 years of work experience in the field of Market research, Insights, Analytics
  • Ability to "tell the story" beyond the data in a simple, cogent manner and articulate complex research issues to non-Research audiences in ways that can help them address business questions
  • Significant experience in client side CMI, understanding the workings of large corporations
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships
  • Fluent in English (and must have worked with English
