Global Operations Manager

YOUR CHALANGE
  • Reporting to the Program director, you will be accountable for the smooth delivery of operations by managing overall projects performance in different regions (EMEA, APAC, AMER)
  • Support and give guidance to Program Managers being the key decision maker for the global operational strategies
  • Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently
  • Ensure project deliverables and milestones are met as per the agreed SLA timelines
  • Manage all the deliverables in operations of the respective geography independently, supervising a large multi-cultural team including partners & vendors across multiple locations
  • Monitor financial metrics, including revenues, gross margins and billable utilization, ensuring cost efficiency and optimisation
  • Perform risk analysis, anticipate blockages, and have in place mitigation strategies from a delivery perspective ensuring compliance with internal policies and processes
  • Work closely with the client and internal stakeholders to establish goals, identify suitable resources, and track progress and timelines
  • Conduct Business Reviews to client and internal stakeholders on a weekly/monthly basis and assess customer feedback to establish, improve, and refine services.
YOUR Profile
  • 12 – 16 years of experience
  • At least 5 Years of Global operations experience managing operations across multiple geographies
  • Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in managing large teams (+150 resources) remotely
  • People management across geography
  • Lead teams with the support of regional program managers across these regions
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with client and team members at all levels
  • Field Operations experience
  • Fluent English.
