AsSales Training Coordinator, you will support the training and on-boarding of our sales teams globally. Your Team:

We are the Global Sales Enablement team at On. Our mission? Keep sales moving. We work together closely with the regional sales teams and across functions. We deliver strategies, concepts, systems and tools to elevate the brand experience delivered through sales - with the ultimate goal of enabling our sales teams to achieve their targets.

Your Mission:

• You coordinate the internal training program, School of Sales, for both presenters and participants (planning, scheduling, communicating, following-up)
• You are the first point of contact for new sales team members - gathering and evaluating their feedback to identify training opportunities and knowledge gaps
• You work with the topic experts to keep developing new training materials and create a blended learning experience for all sales members in various learning formats (e.g. podcasts)
• You brief the studio teams to develop training videos and animated content to help educate our B2B customers about our brand and products

Your Story:

• 2+ years of experience in either a Commercial or Learning & Development role, preferably combined with experience in coordinating training programmes
• You have an inspiring Coach personality with a diligent, organised, and reliable working method, as well as high attention to detail
• You have a natural desire to constantly re-think, question, and optimise the way we keep sales moving through education and training
• You are comfortable with developing creative content and eager to learn more about various e-learning platforms - knowledge of Workday (Learning) or Easygenerator is an advantage
• You enjoy collaborating with team members from multiple locations, and you are confident in presenting to a wide diverse audience
• Fully fluent in English (speaking and writing), any additional languages is a plus
