Design and implement a global Graduate Trainee Program
Implement GTP at Vontobel for all Divisions
Recruit for 10 FTE: (5 T&S, 1 MA, 1 WM, 3 IN)
Liaise with senior management at Vontobel (Division heads and COO departments), HR Business Partners, HR Advisor, Talent Acquisition
Design & implement planned global curriculum for current and future graduates
Outline program tracks and its development options
Implementation/ role out of global GTP including international tracks
Handle day-to-day requests
Employer Branding / Marketing
Strengthen Vontobel’s brand as an attractive employer in the fields of Graduate in close relationship with our Talent Acquisition Team
Maintain contact and network with university student networks, use various media channels for communication / branding (e.g. Blog)
Re-design internet and intranet pages, LinkedIn etc.
Onboarding, development and others
Hiring from international universities together with the Talent Acquisition team
Design and organization of Graduate events at Vontobel
Manage internal training sessions (e.g. Lunch & Learn) in cooperation with experts from the business and external partners

You have
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, are able to work across functional areas within a company culture that is high performance, self-directing and collegial.
Mental flexibility, creativity, analytical ability and sound judgment.
Entrepreneurial spirit, with a hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves mentality and a structured and pragmatic approach.
Curious, is on top of market and trends, is well networked, and challenges the status quo Your bring
Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, Marketing or other related field
Several years of professional experience working with Graduates and in the set up / designing a graduate trainee program or similar
Experience in project management and conceptual work
High affinity with social media / professional in MS Office and strong language skills in German and English
