Janssen Business Services (JBS) belongs to the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. JBS Finance has associates located in Switzerland, Belgium, Ireland, Netherlands, US and Singapore. Our mission is to provide stewardship of the Janssen business model, by protecting and optimizing the intellectual property (IP) structure, through cross functional collaborations.

For our GRC User Access Management team, we are currently looking for passionate individual who is subject matter expert of user access management and SAP authorisation to support one of the most critical pharmaceutical SAP platforms.

Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support and promote SAP GRC and Access Management Strategy and roadmap.
• Recommends actions to improve user access management on operational procedures and governance framework including training concept.
• Support the team for authorisation related change management process including master data maintenance. Ensure team members have all the necessary guidelines and tools for effective job performance.
• Ensure the team is compliant with all Sarbanes-Oxley, GxP and IT security and all other internal control & regulatory requirements in the area of user access management.
• Business single point of contact to IT AS security team and authorisation concept gate keeper for different SAP and non-SAP platforms. Evaluate, monitor and ensure the defined authorization concept is followed. Support IS AS security team and business to transfer business requirements to technical SAP role implementation. Provide advice on role concept improvements.
• Provide subject matter expertise to continued improvement of SAP GRC functionalities and the enterprise rule set by providing valid business requirements and recommendations. Key business contact for supporting the preparation and roll out of SAP GRC with key focus on EMEA of Access Control and other SAP GRC solution such as Process Control, etc.
• Authorisation related project support ensure project G&Os are meeting the defined access management governance processes requirements.
• Implement efficient processes and support business to ensure complex authorisation related issues can be resolved on a timely basis. Provide high quality service to our key stakeholders. Working closely with business to ensure business requirements are fulfilled.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in the area of governance, risk and compliance, and minimum 4 years’ experience in international companies.
• Specialist of SAP GRC Access control & Process control and Identity Management tool
• Specialist in authorization concept, SOD mitigation and remediation.
• Specialist in the risk matrix/rule set maintenance
• Specialist in data analysis, data conversion and migration
• Superb communication and project management skills
• Strong teamwork attributes in a virtual/remote working environment
• Good communication, collaboration, and conflict management skills
• Verily good oral and written skills in English
• Travel commitment of up to 20% required.
