The HR Leader Supply Chain Switzerland is responsible for the creation and deployment of the portfolio of HR work in partnership of the management team, with the ability to translate the overall Business Strategy into a Talent Strategy, in order to support the business goals.

The HR Leader Supply Chain Switzerland will actively support their business partners and drive important people/talent actions for their respective business, approximately 600-900 colleagues in located in different sites. This role reports into the Head of HR Supply Chain and OneHR Switzerland.

Ensuring Business Intimacy

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create & deploy the HR agenda for the business you support, aligned with HR, business, and shared services strategies
  • Drive & ensure integration of HR priorities into business plans
  • Evaluate appropriate business, financial, or other drivers across groups to inform HR solutions (e.g., assess effectiveness, identify gaps)
  • Lead & support complex strategic HR work for dedicated Supply Chain groups in a Switzerland in support of business goals, enterprise goals, and sector HR strategies
  • Develop trusted partnership/coaching relationship with leaders/teams that enhances their impact, being a facilitator, trusted advisor and coach on all HR related issues.
  • Driving talent agenda and building organizational capability:
  • Operationalize talent needs solutions for the business leveraging analytics, business acumen, and effective analysis. You develop and leverage HR Dashboard of talent analytics & insights to inform talent strategies in the development of diverse leadership talent and technical capabilities across the business.
  • Operationalize talent strategies in partnership with local leadership to grow and advance effective, diverse talent pools and drive meaningful talent planning; build on global and region-sector strategies
  • Support business leaders to drive talent agenda and achieve business results
  • Partner with global-sector, region-sector, and country HR leaders to shape culture, employee engagement, talent agendas, and change initiatives as appropriate

Promoting Collaboration
  • Partner x-group, including across all parts of the HR model, to ensure integrated solutions and seamless experiences for both HR and the business
  • Collaborate x-sector/function on initiatives/goals that apply across the country/cluster
  • Proactively identify opportunities to partner x-group and or x-sector to ensure integration of efforts
  • Partner with country/cluster OneHR double hat leader to identify unique needs for partnership with Corporate Services/Global Services/Strategic Partnership Group
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • This position will be located in Zug.
  • Years of experience: 5+ years’ professional experience required; minimum of 2 years of HR or HR related experience preferred
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a degree in industrial/organizational psychology, human resource management, business or a related field
  • Ability to navigate moderate complex issues with independent judgement and - execution which directly impact the operational results of the business units
  • Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English. Knowledge in French and/or German is a plus.
  • Experience with providing personal expertise as well as project leadership
