Our team mission is to provide helpful insight of our financials to our internal stakeholders. To fulfill the increasing demand for support from business partners, we are expanding our Group Controlling team, headquartered in Thalwil. You will be reporting to the Group Controlling Team leader.

Our team set-up is very international, and you will work closely with our Group Consolidation team located in Thalwil and with global Finance and Accounting teams as well as with managers from our sites located across the globe.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support in preparation of monthly & quarterly reporting analysis for management
  • Support Budgeting process: preparation, analysis
  • Prepare and enhance group management reports
  • Support R&D project controlling
  • Participation in various controlling-related projects
  • Support in ad-hoc analysis

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor or Master degree in relevant field of studies
  • 3-4 years of working experience in Controlling
  • High affinity to numbers, analytical thinking, ability to present financial insight in a custom-oriented way
  • Solid accounting knowledge
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office; especially Excel
  • Proactive and self-driven working manner
  • Business partnering experience with stakeholders
  • Experience with Tagetik and Abacus are a plus
  • Pronounced service mentality and team spirit
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Excellent English communication skills both oral and in writing are mandatory, any other languages are an asset
  • Swiss-or EU-citizen or valid work permit for Switzerland
