What will you be doing as Group Director Treasury?
  • Crafting and implementing a comprehensive group-wide Treasury Framework, including the development of related policies and guidelines
  • Implementing a Group Treasury System, providing tools and processes to the group-wide finance departments
  • Reviewing, improving, and formalizing processes around banking policies, cash management, cash flow forecasting, and intercompany loan management
  • Building and maintaining relationships with the group-wide finance community and involved lines of business
  • Managing and fostering relationships with banks and financial institutions, collaborating closely with local finance departments to negotiate banking services and fees for optimal cost-effectiveness
  • Developing, preparing, and presenting insightful treasury reports and KPI reporting to senior management in a timely and accurate manner

Who are you?
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A relevant professional certification is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience of 7-10 years in progressive roles within treasury, finance, or related functions, particularly in a multinational environment
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, and treasury technologies
  • Proficiency in using treasury management systems and financial modeling tools
  • Experience In Project management

The Finance Department
  • The Corporate Finance department forms part of the Group’s headquarters Octapharma AG and oversees the Group’s financial topics
  • The overall responsibility of the Corporate Finance department is to measure financial performance, to provide meaningful financial information to decision makers and lines of business, to manage financial risks of the business, ensure compliance with regulations and to report to external stakeholders. We support users by providing powerful information systems and efficient financial processes and reports
  • We work in an international, environment, with daily interactions with our Group-wide partners in different departments and lines of business. Our team consists of 10 people with different professional backgrounds.
  • You report into the Chief Financial Officer and collaborate closely with the Corporate and group-wide finance teams
