Our client is a recognized international company.The Group Marketing & Communication Director reports to the Group Head of Marketing & Communication.
This person will drive all the marketing & communication activities. He/she leads a central team of experts supporting product lines and regions, ensuring key processes such as PR, advertising, social media, CRM, website, Digital assets, events, and industry tradeshows. He/She acts as a mentor to all the product lines and Business Unit Services, working closely with MarCom managers and He/She supports all the regional Marketing & Communication managers working in close contact to local sales.
He/She represents the company at industry events and act as a spoke person across multiple technologies and processes serving the label, folding carton, flexible packaging, and corrugated board industries. He/She keeps the company’s brand image integrity.
RESPONSABILITIES
– Ensures that all the PL deploy a relevant messaging and solid value proposition towards clients and prospects
– Supports Product Lines and regions to deploy deliver authentic and credible marketing campaigns considering marketing priorities, customers and industry pain points
– Monitor and orchestrate the CRM activities across all customer touchpoints to generate leads cost effectively
– Lead regular calls with the PL and the regions to maintain a proper communication calendar, communication roadmap and team spirit across all industries and regions
– Drive a relevant marketing planning and associated KPI
– Manage the company website and related analytics
– Ensure that all digital assets (imagery, videos) are well produced and managed
– Lead the roll out of on-line events
– Plan and coordinate major industry events
– Lead the PR and SoMe activities to ensure the company is the industry reference
– Act as a spoke person for the company across multiple industry events
– Maintain and evolve the branding as required
– Monitor and assess main competitors Marketing & Communication activities
– Manage the Marketing & Communication budget
– Develop his/her team members and the entire Marketing & Communication community members
PROFILE
– Experience in the industrial/Manufactury sector
– CRM and data analytics experience
– Marketing & communication experience
– People management experience
– Experience in working in complex Matrix organizations (dotted and solid lines)
– Planning and budget management experience
– Ability to deal with multiple projects in parallel
– Ability to engage with salespeople (the company employees and local agents)
– Ability to work into an international environment
– Solid presentation and communication skills
– Proven writing skills incl. messaging
– Creative and passionate by the packaging industry
– Fluent in English – spoken and written, and french
– Hands-on and flexible personality with a good sense of humor
– High discretion and motivation
– Team spirit, flexibility, integrity
– In some period in the year willingness to work beyond standard working hours, including weekends
– Ready to travel to Local Entities, conference or major exhibitions when needed
