Job Description


lastminute.com is looking for a Senior Product Owner based in Chiasso to join the Growth department

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs through research and quantitative analysis and strive to meet them
  • Take full ownership of the product, from features prioritisation to release planning till end-2-end delivery and KPIs monitoring
  • Define a product vision aligned with company goals to inform value-driven development
  • Work with key business stakeholders to ensure successful product rollouts and maximise growth opportunities
  • Analyse, understand and share learnings from experimentation to build a strong knowledge base of the product
  • Collaborate with other POs to improve product delivery and build a strong product culture

Qualifications


Essential

  • 5+ years experience working with digital companies and/or startups
  • Proven experience in product management and acting as an interface between business and technology
  • Analytical mindset and good quantitative skills
  • Experience in conversion optimisation, customer experience, UX design and/or consumer psychology and research is a plus
  • English at professional working proficiency is mandatory
