Head of Ecommerce - B2C

Job Description

Reporting to the Chief of Marketing your main mission will be to
  • Plan and implement e-commerce strategies;
  • Manage digital marketing budget, ensure main KPIs ar achieved
  • Define traffic acquisition strategies beyond SEM, SEO and Search
  • Drive an international of 15 people
  • Implement website development with the IT team to support in the delivery of new functionalities
  • Report frequently on e-commerce activities and digital channels efficiency
  • Support online performance/lead aquisition campaigns and advertising including writing ad copy, briefing designs and budget allocation
  • Manage external agencies / suppliers to ensure website and campaigns performance
  • Ensures online advertising campaigns efficiency
  • Manage the social media team and ensure community and key influencers engagement
  • Be accountable for content creation and implementation by the team
The Successful Applicant
  • You have 10 years in digital marketing in B2C ecommerce
  • You have a strong experience in managing a digital marketing team
  • You have a proven track record on multi-channels and digital marketing strategies and budget optimisation
  • You are able to work in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual environment. Fast learner and excellent listener
  • You are able to operate at technical level
  • You are passionate, a hands-on leader
  • You have C1 level in English minimum. Any other language is an advantage.
