Your Team

Your new team is Employee Success. As the name suggests: we’re responsible for enabling the employees to flourish at Frontify. We organize ourselves around 3 main topics: Talent Acquisition, Employee Support (i.e. HR Admin, Payroll, General Admin), and Learning & Development. We are a team of 12 people, located in Switzerland and New York. Outside of work, we’re regular folk that like to meet friends, spend time in nature, and never miss a chance to dance.

Your Mission

You’ll lead, inspire, and enable our Employee Success team to reach excellence as a team and grow professionally as individuals. While Talent Acquisition and Employee Support are already quite developed, you’ll probably have the biggest initial impact on the topic of Learning & Development – by launching impactful initiatives and building a team in the long run.

We could also list the many other topics you’ll own and help move forward – things like employer branding, organizational development, continued education, growth and career paths, leadership development, wellbeing, and DE&I (to name a few). But, why don’t you come aboard, immerse, and shape the role and your priorities based on the employees’ needs and your learnings, strengths, and passions.

Your Story
  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience leading Human Resources/ Employee Success teams.
  • You have already worked in modern, high-growth environments (e.g. Tech, SaaS, Digital Agencies).
  • Your educational background is in psychology, business, or HR.
  • Your HR experience reflects all the different parts of the field – ideally, your specialty is around Learning & Development.
  • You have a track record of launching successful and creative people initiatives in the past.
  • You are perceived as a helpful resource for people: A coach, mentor, and facilitator.
  • You enjoy working with data in a scientific way, and you can translate your findings into (pragmatic) practices.
  • You’re excited to work with a team that’s spread across two time zones.
