Job Description


lastminute.com is looking for a brilliant Head of Global HR Analytics and Payroll for its People team.

The Role

  • Manage the department of payroll administrators, implementing changes to improve efficiency,

  • Supervise payroll services and monitor the quality of external payroll services and process efficiently payrolls processed in the respective countries,

  • Analyse existing data, HR-data flows and related processes,

  • Conduct financial impact analysis,

  • Support to all the function with HR insights and HR data analytics,

  • Be in the know and up-to-date and interpret new legislation and regulatory rulings impacting payroll in different countries

  • Evaluate and analyse existing payroll policies, proceduresand business processesto improve payroll operations and ensure auditable documentation of payroll processes.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 yrs in a similar role

  • A past experience in an international company, with branches in different countries

  • Extensive knowledge of customization of HR Systems (such as Zucchetti)

  • Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular, Excel

  • Critical thinking in analysis Hr data

  • Degree in Economics or similar fields

  • Fluent in English

  • Strong analyticalskills

  • Strong communicationsskills

  • Open-minded attitude and curiosity towards new ways to enhance the quality of existing processes
