Join our team in Switzerland in Geneva or Zurich as Head of Global IT, and be part of our mission to lead our IT organization for value creation and innovation.

You will report to the Head of Global Business Solutions (Executive Committee member) and you will lead the global IT team, ensuring that our technology supports the company’s business goals.

You will develop and implement technology strategies that align with our goals. You will manage the IT budget and make cost-effective investments that deliver value to the company. You will oversee the design, development, and implementation of our product lines, systems, and infrastructure.

You will collaborate with other senior executives to ensure that technology is integrated with our organization’s overall business strategy. You will support the IT Leadership team to manage the relationship with the Executive Committee, leadership teams, and external vendors and service providers. You will evolve the culture of the company to lead the digital transformation agenda.

Your role will include:

Organization Development and People Management

• Lead and inspire the IT team, including hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and retention.
• Evolve the IT organization and target operating model to promote our strategy, fulfill business needs, and keep pace with the external evolving world.

Strategy, Target Operating model, performance & budget - investment management

• Develop and implement technology strategies that align with our goals.
• Manage the IT budget and make cost-effective investments that deliver value to the company.
• Ensure decisions are being made in line with our purpose.
• Management of external resources, service providers and eco-system network

Partner with the Executive Committee and other partners

• Support the IT Leadership team to manage the relationship with the Executive Committee, leadership teams, and external vendors and service providers.

Digital product solutions & Innovation Management

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of our product lines, systems, and infrastructure.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation, improvements and business growth.

Infrastructure technologies, Operations and core technologies management

• Ensure that IT systems are secure, reliable, and available to meet business needs.

Data and Analytics management

• Manage data and analytics to provide insights for informed decision-making.

Information Security Management

• Ensure that IT systems are secure and compliant with relevant regulations.

Enterprise Architecture management

• Manage the IT architecture to support our overall business strategy.

You?

Your professional profile includes:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• International exposure.
• Technical background, with expertise in areas such as data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, innovation, agile methodology, technology, and product management.
• Experience in IT transformation.
