We are in the process of strengthening our leadership team to help us achieve our ambitious objectives. We are looking for a Head of New Ventures to build, scale and lead our two new businesses (Batmaid Dry and Batmaid Club) as well as identify new areas of growth. You will be responsible for these businesses, with full P&L ownership. The successful candidate is someone who has the combination of an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to deliver high level strategic leadership.

Tasks

Your Mission:
  • Define the overall strategic and go-to-market plan in order to successfully build and scale the businesses.
  • Manage and build the New Ventures team.
  • Act as the General Manager of two very operational businesses
  • Playbook best practices to scale internationally.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: “get things done” attitude, willingness to get your hands dirty
  • Highly data-driven and analytical
  • Experience building, motivating and leading a high performing team
