We are looking for a Head of Regulatory Ingredient Registrations & Compliance Strategy within or F&B business, who will lead a global team focusing on designing, implementing and delivering chemical registrations and excellence in chemical ingredients regulatory compliance management World Wide (WW).

Your responsibilities?

Strategy:
  • Ensure Governance for Regulatory Ingredients Compliance CoE
  • Assess current state and the requirements of the Ingredients Management & Compliance subject matter topics within
  • Givaudan and develop a comprehensive global strategy
  • Be accountable for all deliverables defined by Regulatory Organization and Ingredients Compliance CoE
  • Advise business teams on best strategy to ensure new launchings and market growth
  • Provide leadership and direction to S&T organizations to support best regulatory strategies
  • Be accountable for Ingredients Data Excellence & Compliance policies
  • Represent Givaudan in relevant trade associations
Lead Ingredients Compliance activities:
  • Advise management on Chemical Regulatory Legislations developments relevant to Ingredients Compliance globally
  • Ensure communication in the regulatory organization at Global, regional and local level
  • Be accountable for compliance of ingredients information, Identification and assessment in compliance with existing
  • legislation, corporate and industry guidelines
  • Lead implementation of global, regional and local best practices resources in the implementation on Chemicals
  • Management & Compliance subject matter topics policies and guidelines
You have:
  • University degree in chemistry / biochemistry or equivalent. A PhD is a must.
  • 10+ years of international experience in the area of expertise
  • Business fluent in English, other language as French or German is an advantage
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in a global matrix organization
  • Technical background in the relevant field
  • Expert in building relationship with multiple partners globally
  • Understanding of internal/external factors affecting Givaudan and its customers and industry benchmarks for quality,
  • performance and reliability on the CoE
  • Proven record in translating vision into action
