As an HoReCa Marketing Intern, you will support the HoReCa marketing strategy implementation for the market, the positioning of the Nespresso Professional brand in the segment and the management of the product portfolio of B2B. Timely help execute the local cycle plan calendar across the entire HoReCa addressable opportunity (hotels, restaurants, fine dining, cafés, backeries). This internship will provide you with exposure to different marketing channels and functions, allowing you to enhance your skills and contribute to the overall successof Nespresso’s Professional marketing efforts.

A Day in the Life of a HoReCa Marketing Intern


  • Support Brand Manager HoReCa and proactively lead requests for point of consumption experience (i.e. for promotions & visibility platform, including order management)
  • Ensure Brand Guidelines implementation and respect throughout all touchpoints by timely audits
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including difital, social media, and traditional marketing
  • Support the development of marketing materials such as Brochures, presentations and promotional materials
  • Assist in organizing and coorindating marketing events, trade shows, and product launches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative services, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization


What will make you successful


  • Student or fresh graduate in Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, Economics or equivalent
  • Worked for an organisation with leading brands and a strong commercial mindset
  • Strong interest in marketing and desire to learn and grown in the field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluent in German, French & English mandatory
