Reporting to the group Head of Human Resources,

Missions

  • You lead the HR department and a team of 3 people
  • You are responsible for the alignment and delivery of human resources programs and services to employees and managers in Switzerland
  • You set the Human Resources business unit objectives + KPI’s
  • You are in charge of preparing and monitoring salary budgets
  • You supervise talent recruitment, learning and development, training, talent management, compensation and benefits, performance management, as well as succession planning
  • You ensure legal compliance
  • You are up to date on trends, best practices, employment law and specific changes
  • You foster a work environment that celebrates and rewards employee engagement, implements modern day business practices and promotes the need to implement sustainable processes

Profil du candidat

  • You have a a Master’s degree in Human Resources, followed by significant experience in Switzerland
  • You have previous exposure on a strategic role, including team management
  • Strong experience in change management and implementation of new processes,
  • You speak english. French would be a plus.
