About Our ClientFor our client, an international company working in the med tech industry in the centre of Zug with a very fast paced working environment, we are looking for a highly motivated and driven HR Generalist 100% who can start immediately.Job Description
  • Advise and support local managers and employees throughout the employee life cycle
  • Ensure the correct handling of local workplace policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with employment legislation and regulations
  • Act as an ambassador for HQ and be the go to person
  • Manage HR administration and operational tasks and provide support to the Global HR Business Partner as well as HR Coordinator as required
  • Contribute to the monthly payroll processing in collaboration with the local HR Team and the external service provider
  • Execute entry and exit interviews to ensure new team members are engaged and to provide learning/improvement to process
  • Active part in the recruitment process along with the local talent acquisition team
  • Collaborate with other departments in the company to ensure that HR processes are aligned with business objectives
  • Support in various projects, digitalization of processes, etc.
  • Cooperation in implementation and further development of HR digitalization, HR policies, regulations, and processes
The Successful Applicant
  • Commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification, further education in HR (e.g. Personalfachfrau/-mann) desirable
  • At least 3 years of experience as a HR Generalist, ideally in a customer focused, multinational, fast-paced business environment
  • Fluency in English, German would be a great asset
  • Proficient user of MS Office, PeopleSoft or SuccessFactors is considered a plus
  • Effective communication skills and ability to interact across different levels and regions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative, reliable and solution-oriented
  • personality with a structured and pragmatic working style
  • Goal orientated with a positive mindset, high level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
