Our client is an international and well-know company, specialized in retail and located in Lausanne.
Job Description
- Provide administrative support and assistance to employees (contracts, on/outboarding, obtaining work permits)
- Time and leave management (including social insurances)
- Support new joiners in their relocation in Switzerland
- Support with recruitment tasks
- Prepare reports and presentation for upper management
- Prepare payroll documents and enter data into the ERP
- Participate in HR Projects
- A proven HR administrative experience ideally within an international environment
- HR Certificate or diploma would be a plus
- English and French are required
- Proactive, good adaptability, flexible and ability to work independently under limited supervision
