About Our Client

Our client is an international and well-know company, specialized in retail and located in Lausanne.

Job Description
  • Provide administrative support and assistance to employees (contracts, on/outboarding, obtaining work permits)
  • Time and leave management (including social insurances)
  • Support new joiners in their relocation in Switzerland
  • Support with recruitment tasks
  • Prepare reports and presentation for upper management
  • Prepare payroll documents and enter data into the ERP
  • Participate in HR Projects
The Successful Applicant
  • A proven HR administrative experience ideally within an international environment
  • HR Certificate or diploma would be a plus
  • English and French are required
  • Proactive, good adaptability, flexible and ability to work independently under limited supervision
