  • Support the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and of better ways of working
  • Drive the Continuous Improvement mindset within the Organization, train and support the teams in to identify process improvement potentials (review KPIs and perform operational data analysis) and coordinate the initiatives to implement the optimizations
  • Support Continuous Improvement initiatives with impact primary on Local level (or Regional, Global) for the HR Operations Organization
  • Lead assigned initiatives from End-to-End perspective (planning, monitoring progress and risks, proactively acting on mitigation up to implementation as per defined timeline) & ensure proper documentation of the projects driven as per the corresponding methodology (PM/ Lean Six Sigma)
  • Processing of complex reporting requests (incl. analysis) as well as the responsibility for local content management
Your background
  • Education/further training in HR and/or several years of experience within HR Operations
  • Experience in similar roles (hands-on experience with implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization in multinational, complex Shared Service environment)
  • Project management skills, ideally expertise and experience with Six Sigma and Lean tools (certification is a plus)
  • Strong Customer orientation and ability to transfer customer requirements into appropriate initiatives and/ or solutions
  • High degree of structure and self-organization, independent worker, deadline focused, analytical way of working incl. attention to detail
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • MS Office skills, especially Excel and ideally experience with SAP and/or Workday
  • English and German verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders, managers, and subject matter experts
