We are pleased to collaborate with a major industrial company, located in Neuchatel area, in identifying an Industrial Controlling Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the month-end controlling and reporting processes related to the industrial operations
  • Monitoring and controlling of the production costs and analysis of the production variances
  • Preparation of ad-hoc analysis on the production costs with explanations and suggestions to the Production team to improve the efficiency
  • Support in the budget and forecast preparation related to the industrial operations
  • Contributing to the maintenance of the inventory control systems and the obsolescence calculation
  • Assessment of industrial capex
  • Develop and implement best practices to the production entities
  • Involved in the audit processes
  • Support the Production team through the preparation and the analysis of business cases

Profile:

  • Degree in Finance/Accounting/Controlling
  • 6+ years of experience in Controlling. Experience in a Manufacturing environment is required
  • Fluent in French & English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel / PowerPoint
  • Advanced knowledge of an ERP (M3 is an advantage)
  • Ability to manage communications with different stakeholders across the organizations
  • Self-starter with a positive and solutions-oriented attitude
  • Proven critical thinker with strong analytical skills
