Join our Sales & Marketing team with an unmatched depth of capabilities and help our customers solve some of the world’s toughest challenges.Inside Sales and Customer Support SpecialistAllergy and Autoimmune DiagnosticsRemote role in SwitzerlandA day in the Life:The Insides Sales and Customer Support Specialist is taking ownership of securing and further developing the Swiss ImmunoDiagnostics market, acting as Inside Sales specialist for ImmunoCAP Rapid, and as first contact for Swiss customers regarding product specific and scientific topics. In this role, you are expected to act as link between customers, the sales- and the marketing team. This close collaboration with external and internal key contributors allows to develop a market tailored sales strategy, aligned with the local marketing approach, to further grow our business in Switzerland.
  • Further development of ImmunoCAP Rapid business in Switzerland as Inside Sales specialist
  • (Key) Customer Sales Support specialist
  • Focus on (Key) Customer support as product specialist, providing scientific sales guidance
  • Responsible for product specific and scientific sales force support in contract and competitor discussions and customer/sales trainings.
  • Link between key customers, key opinion leaders, sales team and local marketing
  • Support of local and regional marketing team with preparation of portfolio associated campaigns
  • Product associated training and support of customers, as well as local sales force
  • Demonstrates strong sales skills
  • Demonstrates special disease area and product knowledge and leverages this to build professional customer relationships
  • Support of marketing team at organization of sound medical/clinical training and education workshops
  • Builds strong and mutually beneficial relationships with Opinion Leaders in the field of Allergy and Autoimmunity diagnostics
  • Visits all relevant national and international exhibitions, congresses and seminars
  • Builds strong and mutually beneficial relationships with patient organizations and other relevant collaborators in the field of Allergy and Autoimmunity
  • Provides all relevant internal collaborators with accurate and timely data and market reports. Coordinates follow-up actions with Sales against time scales
Keys to Success:Education
  • University degree (MSc or higher) in Biology (Immunology), veterinary medicine, medicine or other relevant studies
Experience
  • Working experience in the field of IVD
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Knowledge of the Swiss In vitro Diagnostics Market and its key players is an advantage
  • Is familiar with Allergy, Autoimmunity and/or Immunology Diagnostics
  • Works effectively within a sophisticated customer matrix, by demonstrating organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks with different priorities.
  • Demonstrated excellent networking skills and an open and communicative personality
  • Strategic vision and analytical and solution driven demeanor
  • German as first language advantageous, proficient in English. Experience in French useful.
