Insurance | Senior Legal Counsel M&A | Zurich | Temp. 2 months | 80-100% | July 2021 | CHF 190’000

Responsibilities:

• Advise on and manage M&A transactions (including re-organizations, joint ventures, etc.)

• Negotiate, draft, and amend cross-jurisdictional M&A agreements

• Ensure compliance to jurisdictional and contractual requirements

• Render cross-departmental support on legal matters

• Advise the leadership on M&A requirements

• Support and relieve the legal team

• Perform due diligence on deals

Experience:

• At least 6 years’ of PQE

• Swiss qualified attorney at law

• Fluency in English, other languages a plus

• International multi-jurisdictional exposure

• Demonstrated experience in top-tier Swiss law firm

• Proven experience in handling Mergers & Acquisitions
