Flex Suisse is the number one service provider to empower legal & compliance departments with flexible workforce, managed legal services and professional search in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For our most recent mandate we are looking for an exceptional talent in the following field:

MedTech | Head of Legal | Zurich | Temp. 6 months| 100% | August 2021 | CHF 180’000

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the compliance of contracts, templates, and legal documents with statutory laws
  • Advise corporate and commercial departments on legal and governance matters
  • Render cross-departmental support on corporate legal and governance projects
  • Manage outside counsel and support the resolution of contentious matters
  • Negotiate, review and draft cross-jurisdictional agreements and contracts
  • Analyse jurisdictional regulations and implement mitigation strategies
  • Manage and supervise the legal training of the department
  • Supervise legal housekeeping and governance

Experience:

  • At least 10 years’ of PQE
  • Swiss qualified attorney at law a plus
  • Previous experience supporting a publicly listed Swiss company
  • Fluency in English and German is a must, additional languages a plus
  • Demonstrated exposure to national and international compliance regulations
  • In-house and/or law firm experience in the medical devices or MedTech sector
