The PositionAs an intern on the global People & Culture Team focusing on Development Programs for Early-in-Career Talent, you will be working on a challenging project. You will be a member of the Integrated Workforce Strategy organization at Roche which encompasses many critical areas of talent attraction, talent pipelining and recruitment. The Development Program Team is key to executing the company’s strategy to accelerate the advancement of outstanding talent at early stages in their career to enable workforce strategies in service of Roche’s business strategies.During this six-month internship, you will contribute to the harmonization of processes and program design, aligning them with the global Development Program Strategy. You will lead the end-to-end development of a toolbox for new and existing Development Programs for Roche in partnership with the Development Program Partner. This project will play an important rolein shaping the future of the Early-in-Career Development Program Landscape at Roche and has an approach rooted in ‘’designing once’’ and ‘’leveraging what already exists’’ as well as customer centricity and flexibility for adaptation.During your internship, you will engage with a variety of stakeholders to ensure the toolbox accounts for varying technical skills while providing an aligned framework for interpersonal and leadership skills to ensure a consistent level of quality and candidate experience, as well as access to resources across all business areas and geographic locations.Who you are:
  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree, or graduated within 12 months before the start of the internship, with relevant expertise in Human Resources, Psychology, Adult Learning, Organizational Development or a related field
  • Relevant experience in Leadership Development, People Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or similar field
  • Good stakeholder management skills; ability to analyze and identify customer needs, translating them into the appropriate action from an end-to-end perspective
  • Proficient in English
