About The Internship Program

This is an internship opportunity for university students, who are required to complete a mandatory work experience as part of their study curriculum. The organization provides the practical work experience, with defined timeframes and objectives driven by university and curriculum. The experience may include a research project and / Masters thesis.

You will be involved from day one in the activities of the internal communication & engagement team in the PMP SA Neuchatel factory, supporting with the communication channel analysis and creation of communication materials, taking care of all the steps of their realization (from strategy elaboration, validation of channels, collection of photos/videos material to the editing process and the delivery to the internal clients). You will also have the chance to collaborate and acquire knowledge on tools and methodologies related to employees’ engagement within an international organization environment. The main aims of the internship are that the intern reaches a good level of autonomy and an effective collaboration with colleagues, improving his/her client orientation and ability to deliver timely and with positive results in line with expectations.

Who we’re looking for
  • Currently studying for your Master’s Degree in strategy marketing and digital, graphic design, digital communication, consumer engagement and other related fields
  • Fluent in French and English, written and oral
  • Mastery of graphic and video editing tools (suite Adobe, Canva, etc.)
  • Autonomy, sense of responsibility and ability to manage projects by him/herself
  • Experience in visual management/content creation activities
  • Previous experience in a corporate environment is a plus
  • Good communication skill
  • Innovation attitude towards the communication channels and methods
