Duties and responsibilities:

In this role you will define and execute the internal communication strategy for Customer Service. You will contribute to the success of the Customer Service function by delivering end-to-end internal campaigns, building employee engagement, and ensuring alignment across communication channels. You will have a highly visible role and report to the Head of Communications for Customer Care.

  • In charge of the successful delivery of internal campaigns - including reporting and optimization
  • Assist in the development of the Customer Service internal communication strategy
  • Work with stakeholders across Sunrise UPC to ensure alignment on wide-reaching, cross-departmental topics
  • Manage internal Communication channels and continuously improve their effectiveness using insight and measurement
  • Break down complex messages to ensure they’re understandable for all CS employees
  • Write communications, proofread, and edit with the objective to engage, inform, and motivate an internal and diverse audience
  • Create high quality engaging content, including video and visual production
  • Propose new ideas to drive communication and improve ways of working and information sharing throughout the CS function

What we look for in an applicant:

  • Proven experience in external or internal communications
  • University studies in Communications or a related field
  • You write in a fresh, motivating, and easy-to-understand style
  • You are highly creative, with the ability to create impressive content
  • You are business fluent in German and English. Good knowledge of French or Italian is a plus
  • You enjoy working in a fast-moving environment with ever changing priorities
  • You are comfortable with change and working with people on all levels of an organization
