In a constantly evolving media landscape, the International Media Specialist of the Maison will actively work on innovative media projects, reporting to the International Media Manager. Position will mainly be focused on digital campaign management (Paid Search, Video/ Display including Programmatic.), analytics including data tracking, and market coordination.
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
Media Buying (mainly Asian markets)
- Building the media plan working with local and central agencies
- Day-to-day support to the markets on media requests
- In charge of WW Paid Search and Programmatic activations
- Finance and accounting tracking
Media agency coordination
- Day-to-day operational key contact for the dedicated agency, following up on campaign monitoring and projects status
- Coordinating local agencies and biddable media expert teams at HQ
Measurement and Analysis
- Campaign tracking set-up working with digital measurement tools (Adserver, Facebook Business Manager, Adwords, Google Analytics…)
- Providing regular reports and campaign performance analysis based on Maison’s digital dashboard
- Identifying and proposing optimizations of the on-going campaigns
Creative asset production
- In charge of the media brief and creative guidelines, working in collaboration with production agency and internal stakeholders (digital marketing team, creative department, e-com ...)
- Supervising artwork delivery across markets
YOUR PROFILE
- Mid-level, at least 2 years of experience in media planning
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong sense of initiative and an ability to self-start, taking a campaign implementation from start to finish
- Strong planning skills including: internal and external stakeholders coordination, leading complex, multi-month, but also last minute projects,
- Robust communication skills, including presentations documents
- Ability to coordinate with international colleagues educating them on media topics
- Proactivity, curiosity, creativity, flexibility
- Real team-player, with strong collaboration and a positive and motivating mind-set
- Fluent in English and French, a third language would be much appreciated ;
- Good level in Google Analytics and other digital campaign tools
- Experience in project management / international coordination
- Pronounced feeling for digital marketing activities of a luxury (watchmaking) brand
- Former experiences in media agencies would be ideal
