OM Pharma positioned itself as a local player to support students and young graduates in their first professional experiences. We are therefore pleased to offer a paid internship starting ideally from April 2023 for a period of 6 months minimum (depending on your availability) within our Regulatory Affairs team.

Your Main Responsibilities Are As Follows
  • Support of line manager in the execution of regulatory operations in the Middle East and Africa Region
  • Support of line manager in the communication with internal stakeholders such as PV, Quality and other departments as well as with local partners
  • Support the line manager for ensuring successful dispatch and submission of new marketing authorizations, life cycle management (variation filings, extension applications etc.) in the assigned territory
  • Ensures the accuracy and completeness of assigned Regulatory Information Management System entries according to internal guidelines and line manager directives

To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
  • Students under agreement with a school / start of mission from April 2023
  • In the process of completing a Master’s degree /Certificate of advanced study in Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences or Biology or similar
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Power Point & Excel
  • Fluent in English and French as an asset
