International Sales Support Analyst

Advanced Bionics (AB) is one of the fastest growing segments within the Sonova brand. In this role you support the sales functions at upstream and downstream level. The International Business Support Analyst also supervises the order to cash activities in the European Group Companies (order processing, invoicing).


Your tasks

  • Issuing reports from SAP and CRM Salesforce based on request
  • Maintain KPI dashboards for our sales organizations for return, billing and order related processes
  • Maintain Pricing and Sales related Master Data such as kit configurations
  • Entering and maintaining price for distributors into SAP pricelists and executing mass maintenance on regular basis
  • Coordination the sales operation part of product launches
  • Support in testing business cases in our ERP system
  • SAP testing for new developments and supporting related training and changes
  • Maintenance of Sharepoint/Onedrive to establish a solid audit trail and provide a hub for pricing information
  • Leading business intelligence activities with available tools such as SAP / Business Warehouse / Tableu / Salesforce
  • Support sales support in Order to Cash process

Your profile

  • University or commercial degree (KV) or similar education in Business or Economics
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience in a similar role, preferably in customer service master data in an international environment
  • Technical/ troubleshooting as well strong analytical skills are required
  • Exceptional communicative ability, both in written and oral form
  • Meet the standard for customer service in representing the product and the company with customers, medical professionals and other department members in the areas of distribution, sales, field service and accounting
  • Ability to work in a complex and fast paced environment
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken, any other languages are an asset
  • Excellent MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SalesForce skills
