If so, we would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our team as International Talent Acquisition Project Manager. It’s a short-term contract role based in Geneva to be filled by July. You will report to the International Talent Acquisition Senior Manager.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As the International Talent Acquisition Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing global recruiting programs that include Graduate Program, Management Trainee Program and more.

You will be responsible for leading and growing programs that align with current and future talent needs and deliver awesome experiences for our participants and business partners.

You will help to enhance and optimize our recruiting programs, ensuring they can efficiently and effectively scale to meet the unique and exciting growth that lies ahead.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

You have a 1st professional experience in talent acquisition, early career or HR. You have developed an expertise in the methods, tools and processes of recruitment (talent sourcing, assessment, acquisition) with the ability to combine them with excellent project management skills and great communication and influencing skills.

You need strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization.

To succeed in a matrix organization, you will demonstrate ability to deal with ambiguity. You will manage multiple projects and be results-oriented.

You are a strong team player and constantly demonstrates a positive attitude as well as strong initiative and organizational skills.

You need to speak English fluently.

The familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus, especially SAP Success Factor.
