Bank Lombard Odier & Co Ltd in Geneva is looking for a candidate to fulfil the following mission statement:
Internship: AI in monitoring and quality platforms
The Content & Communications team is responsible for producing and sending all communications to the bank’s clients, including its portfolio valuations. The mass production of these communications requires automatic checks and extensive rigorous testing.
YOUR MISSION:
This internship offer consists of automating human controls and tasks, especially with AI, on production and test systems:
  • Upgrading the monitoring platform of all applications in production sending customer communications, including the study and specification of relevant metrics with Business Analysts and the Operational Team. In particular:
    • Definition of SLAs and thresholds for triggering alerts
    • Discover / Implement AI services with the help of Data Scientists
    • Implementation of metrics collection in Java / Springboot applications
    • Development of Grafana Dashboards
  • Design and development of automatic test benches. In particular:
    • Study of automatic testing tools for Angular applications
    • Implementation of E2E tests and increase of code coverage rate
    • Development of a light user interface for E2E tests in Java
    • Referencing test cases and the coverage rate for each test campaign
  • Implementation/Interaction with AI services (Artificial Intelligence services to clusterize/categorize detected issues)
DESIRED PROFILE:
  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • Knowledgeable in Elasticsearch, Java, Angular, Python, Prometheus, Grafana, Docker, OpenShift, JavaScript, HTML
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks from the beginning through to conclusion
  • Meticulous, proactive and able to multi-task
  • Fluent in French or English
  • Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland.
