Such a global impact comes with responsibility. As such, Bühler have committed to reducing Energy, Waste and Water for 50% within our customers value chains. To track our progress towards this goal we need a quantifying metric. In 2019, Bühler created the CO2e quantification accelerator project to evaluate the carbon emissions of all Bühler’s value chains with the aim of tracking the emission reduction from new innovations and identifying carbon ‘hot-spots’.

Bühler is providing a 6-month internship to continue the CO2e quantification project to continue embedding the methodology into the businesses and ultimately reduce the CO2 emissions in both the Customer Value Chain and the Buhler Value Chain.

Tasks
  • Drive the CO2e quantification project to continue embedding the methodology into the businesses and ultimately reduce the CO2 emissions in both the Customer Value Chain and the Bühler Value Chain
  • Evolve expertise in carbon counting and value-chain thinking
  • Develop your entrepreneurial skills within the company
