Every year, 600 million people fall sick from around 200 different types of foodborne illnesses. The burden of such illness falls most heavily on the poor and the young.   • Work on a project for Milling solutions department on: Removal of allergenic grains and ergot alkaloids from wheat.
  • Literature review
  • Coordination between project partners
  • Participating in trials in application centers and in the mill
  • Write up the information for the report.
  • Direct support of Global Head of Food Safety
  • Maintaining Food safety internal webpage
  • Support in preparations to workshops and trainings
  • Support in information gathering and improvement of internal processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a scientific field of study
  • Experience in navigating through scientific literature
  • Experience in project management (e.g. master project)
  • Good in taking initiative and proposing solutions to ongoing project’s challenges
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Food Safety knowledge
  • German language knowledge
  • Food technology knowledge
