Your team

Pictet Asset Management (Pictet AM) manages the assets of some of the world’s largest institutions, financial intermediaries and their clients. Our culture welcomes independent thinkers and centres around investment excellence, a long-term outlook and a dedication to client service.
You will work closely with three investment managers in the sourcing and due diligence of long/short equity investments within the European equity space.

Your role

  • Interacting with corporates to identify potential investment ideas
  • Performing bottom-up analysis and arriving at well-researched, independent conclusions
  • Presenting thoughtful, concise and technically robust investment recommendations to the team
  • Maintaining quantitative and qualitative data on investment for monitoring and analysis

Your profile

  • 3-5 years of comprehensive experience in fundamental bottom-up and stock analysis
  • Ability to generate and develop both long and short ideas
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong academic background and thorough understanding of accounting and finance (CFA or ICA a plus)
  • Ability to join the dots across companies and sectors
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Spoken foreign language would be a plus
  • Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate
