We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations Manager to join our Corporate Investor Relations team.

As an Investor Relations Manager, you will be supporting the development and communication of the Group’s equity story, cultivating relationships with investors and analysts, and communicating the company’s financial performance and strategic objectives to the investment community. You will be a part of the larger Corporate Communications & Investor Relations team actively working together with team members from different areas. In this way, you will be able to enrich your investor relations work by getting insights into the whole spectrum of corporate communications.

Exciting Challenges
  • Cooperate with the team in the development and communication of the Group’s equity story, helping to make it well understood by the financial community.
  • Cultivate relationships with analysts, investors, and other stakeholders to build a positive image of the company.
  • Participate in the planning process of earnings calls, investor conferences, and other events to communicate the company’s financial results and strategic objectives to the investment community.
  • Support in preparing material for meetings, presentations, and reports considering the corporate messaging and the company’s positioning in the financial market.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and innovation & sustainability, to ensure that investor messaging is consistent and aligned with overall messaging.
  • Take care of the regular SIX notifications on the Connexor reporting platform.
  • Support in further developing investor targeting and the tracking of investor contacts with the help of CRM tool.
  • Cooperate with the team in the preparation of the annual and quarterly reports.
  • Actively contribute to the planning, preparation, and execution of Sika’s Capital Markets Day and other investor events.
  • Manage the company’s investor relations website and other communication channels to ensure that they are up-to-date and reflect the company’s brand and corporate language.
We Need Your Skills
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Investor Relations, financial accounting, or in a position related to financial markets with experience in an international group environment preferred
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills
  • Expert level in written and spoken English language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
